Who is Flash AI for?
Owners and small shops (roughly 1 to 25 employees) in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, AV and low-voltage installation, cleaning and other home services. If you pay for leads or ads and sometimes lose jobs to missed calls, slow replies or forgotten follow-ups, this is for you.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Everything is taught and set up in plain English, and every lesson is built around one action you can take that day. If you would rather not touch any of it, the done-for-you services exist for exactly that.
What is the difference between the courses and the done-for-you services?
The courses teach you or your office manager to set things up yourself, for under $100 at founding-member pricing. Done-for-you means we build and manage the systems (AI receptionist, missed-call text-back, follow-up, reviews, quote drafting) inside accounts you own. Many owners start with the calculator or an AI Leak Audit to see which route fits.
Is the course available yet?
Not yet. We are pre-launch, so the honest answer is: join the waitlist. Founding members get the $97 launch price (planned list price: $149) and access as modules are released. We will not claim customers, testimonials or results we do not have.
Will an AI answer my emergency calls?
Only with a human in the loop. Receptionist scripts we write include emergency rules and handoffs for situations such as gas smells, electrical hazards or flooding, so those calls reach a person. Nothing goes live until a tested script has been approved.
Which AI tools do you use?
We are vendor-neutral. Platforms such as Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan already include some AI features, so we start by switching on what you already pay for, then fill the gaps with other tools. Done-for-you builds are made in accounts you own.
What will the software cost me on top?
Software subscriptions are separate from our fees and are billed to you or passed through at cost. For context, published prices for AI receptionist software for small contractors run from about $29 to $349 per month, and more for high call volume. Prices change often, so check current vendor pricing.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Nobody honestly can. What we do is show you how to measure before and after (calls answered, leads followed up, reviews gained) so you can see for yourself what changed.
